The New Zealand Government conducted the latest skilled expression of Interest (EOI) draw in the Skilled Migrant Category on September 18, 2019. The recent draw invited 703 applications to make their next move for preliminary verification to evaluate whether applicants are eligible to get invitation to apply to apply for residency. In this draw, applicants with 160 points and above got positive results. A total of 1,576 applicants have to go for preliminary verification and at present, there are 626 EOIs are in the pool after selection.

In this draw, a total of 703 EOIs were issued and out of those, 630 EOIs went to candidates with a Job-offer category, where 576 EOIs belong to onshore applicants and remaining 54 to offshore applicants. Only 73 candidates received EOIS without a job-offer. Talking about the recent New Zealand Skill Select draw, it is observed that, Indians got maximum number of invites so far followed by China and then South Africa.
