BC PNP TECH PILOT DRAW

74 new candidates  invited by the British Columbia under the provincial nominee program. The BC PNP Tech Pilot draw allows candidates with valid profiles to get job opportunities along with a Canadian PR Visa. Candidates were invited under the Skilled Worker, and International Graduate subcategories through the BC PNP Tech Pilot. This draw specifically invites candidates to work as tech-workers and international students who are pursuing their education in the field of technology. Candidates who have relevant work experience in the tech field jobs within canada as well as in foreign countries will be eligible for this British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program.  The first step to get immigration through this program is to create your profile on the online portal of BC PNP and register under Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS). On the portal you will have to fill your details like

  • Age
  • Educational Qualifications
  • Work Experience
  • Language Proficiency (English or French)
The second step comes when a systematic evaluation of a candidate’s details is done followed by the allotment of scores. A Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) which Canada follows issues scores on the basis of the above mentioned details. Different amounts of points are given to candidates based on their age, their years of experience, score in the language proficiency test as well as their pursued level of education. If a candidate already carries a job offer from any employer in British Columbia, he or she will get additional points.  If a candidate receives a nomination through BC PNP (British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program), they will be granted 600 additional points which will in turn reflect in the express entry system and their score will be upgraded.  A candidate gets 30 calendar days to revert to the ITA (Invitation To Apply) by applying for the BC PNP. Within a span of about one and a half months, British Columbia issued 6 draws through its PNP category and almost 1000 candidates have been invited. So far, it looks like the immigration goals that the Canadian government did set for itself will be achieved. For more such information, stay connected.
