A two-year pilot program has been introduced by the Canadian Government enabling sponsorship applications for specific family members who would be banned from attaining permanent residence visa under Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. This program would help the majority of the population affected by the ban if they meet the below-given conditions: a) Any overseas nation who have applied as a spouse or a common-law partner in the Spouse or Common-law Partner in Canada class or as a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child under the Family Class.
