IRCC has employed its most proficient tie-break rule for this draw. The date and time used was October 16, 2018 at 11:06:29 UTC. This means that all the candidates with CRS score equal to or above 442 have submitted their profile before October 16, 2018, at 06:09:04 UTC and have received the ITA in the latest draws.
The Multi-Year Immigration Levels Plan regulated by the Government of Canada planned to reach 74,900 new admissions for 2018 and 81,400 for 2019. The invitation round held today brought the total number of ITAs for this year to 74,200.
