Australian Government has finally made its decision on adding more countries in its popular Work Holiday Visa Program. And, India will be the part of this visa program soon. The main purpose is to recruit new young talent who can meet the shortage gap going on in the regional areas of Australia, especially on Farms. Mr. David Coleman, the Immigration Minister of Australia announced about it on July 31st, 2019.
Australia Working Holiday Visa program allows young people between 18-30 to visit the country and get the legal right to work while being on a holiday period. Because of the decline in the number of visitors resulted in a shortage of workers in the Regional areas of Australia. Presently, the Australian Government is planning to include 13 more countries in this program to meet the labor market demand in the Regional businesses of Australia.
This Australia Working Holiday Maker program consists of Working Holiday Visa (Subclass 417) and the Work and Holiday Visa ( Subclass 462) and allows travelers to do work and explore the beautiful land.

This visa program includes countries, such as Singapore, Thailand, China, Bangladesh, etc. This visa demands at least Basic English language proficiency.
1) You should be between 18-30 years.
2) You have to apply for this program outside Australia.
3) You have to meet the health, character and English language requirements.
4) You should not be accompanied by any dependent on your journey.

The Immigration Minister also said that Interesting applicants must meet the minimum requirements including basic English language requirement and must be a holder or pursuing tertiary qualifications before the grant of visa.
