Alberta, one of the provinces of Canada has come up with its statistics mentioning about all the 14 draws which have held so far in 2019 under the Express Entry-aligned immigration stream. A total of 3,357 invitations to apply (ITA) have been issued for a provincial nomination to Express Entry applicants having CRS as low as 300 for Canada Permanent residency visa.
There is an entitlement of additional 600 points in the overall Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score to the Express Entry candidates nominated by the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP), assuring an invitation to apply for Canada PR.
To be eligible for a nomination, applicants should be eligible for one of the three Federal Immigration programs monitored by the Express Entry system and have a profile in the Express Entry pool. EE includes the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class, and Canadian Experience Class.

The AINP mentioned that applicants with a job offer/ work experience in Alberta, a degree from a Canadian post-secondary institution, or a parent, child or sibling by now residing in Alberta might be categorized for an invitation to apply for a provincial nomination. For the total 14 draws held in 2019, CRS score for the three streams is as low as 300.
This score is a far way lower than the Federal Express Entry draw’s lowest score this year, which was 438. The largest Alberta Express Entry Stream draw took place on March 5 and a total of 473 invitations or Notifications of Interest (NOI) were issued.
NOIs are given to those Express Entry candidates who are identified through a search of the Federal pool by the AINP. The candidates offered with NOIs have 30 days to lodge a complete application for a provincial nomination from Alberta.
