In this Latest Skill Invitation round, out of 1,500 invitations, all the invitations were issued to Skilled Independent Visa Subclass 189 and not even a single invitation issued to candidates through the Skilled Regional Visa Subclass 489, as subclass 489 visa is closed and new Skilled Work Regional Subclass 491 visa is going to be in effect on November 16th, 2019. The minimum score to receive invitation for the category of Skilled Independent Visa Subclass 189 is 80 but highest scoring candidates are considered on priority and are first to apply for visa.
