The candidates from both the above occupations won’t be able to apply for the NSW state nomination for the Northern Inland region. The average time for processing applications of Northern Inland is six weeks and more.
The Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489 allows you to live and work in NSW for the span of four years.
