New Brunswick’s Express Entry Opens For Expression Of Interest

New Brunswick Province of Canada has started accepting the applications of Expression of Interest for its labour market stream that is linked to Expression of Interest. The province started its process from 28^th of November 2018.

This stream has allowed the Province of New Brunswick to nominate the candidates from the Express Entry system, which maintains the pool of candidates under three of the economic immigration programs. The streams are Federal Skilled Trades Class, Federal Skilled Worker Class and the Canadian Experience Class.

If the candidates registered under Express Entry receive the nomination from the province of New Brunswick, they are awarded with the additional 600 points under the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score which almost guarantees the Permanent Residency for Canada.

The provincial nomination for New Brunswick has set up five criteria for the candidates of Express Entry in order to submit the Expression of Interest (EOI).

Following Are Those Criteria:-

1. Candidates who are living and working in the province at present must submit an employment letter from the employer attached with the EOI.
2. Candidate ought to have an Express Entry profile and valid profile number for the Express Entry and job seeker validation code.
3. Candidates ought to possess a valid Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) that equals to a minimum of a high school diploma of Canada and need to submit a pdf copy of ECA with EOI.
4. Current jobs of the candidates must fall under the list of National Occupation List (NOC) level 0, A or B and the code should be included with EOI while submitting the application.
5. The language score of the candidate must be equivalent to CLB 7 in all the four competencies of the exam and the copy of the test results must be submitted with EOI.

The candidates who meet all the criteria will only be allowed to go forward with the application process; otherwise the application would be rejected. The PNP Program of New Brunswick didn’t mention anything about the work experience.

An EOI application is considered as the declaration of one’s desire to be considered for provincial nomination of the province.

Candidates who are interested for the program need to create a profile and complete the requisite information and details. Profiles with 67 score on the points grid of the province will only be entered into the EOI pool of candidates.
