Prince Edward Island conducted its PEIPNP Draw on November 21, 2019, and issued 171 invitations to Immigration candidates under Express Entry, labor Impact, and Business Impact categories. In this second largest draw of the year, out of 171 invitations, 157 invitations went to candidates under Express Entry and Labour Impact categories who are now eligible to apply for a nomination for Canada permanent residency through the PEI Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). PEI didn’t disclose any information related to the minimum EOI score and how many express entry candidates were being invited. The Express Entry stream of PEI is aligned with the Federal Express Entry system, which operates the pool of candidates for the three major-economic categories of Canada: the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class, and Canada Experience Class.
Successful EE candidates get additional 600 points towards their CRS score, escalating the chances to get invitation to apply for permanent residence in the following Express Entry draw.

EOI profiles are ranked in a pool of candidates and one with high score receives an invitation to apply through regular Canada Express Entry draws.
