New Zealand Government conducted its latest Expression of Interest (EOI) draw under the skilled migrant category on October 16, 2019. The Government issued 800 invitations to skilled workers allowing them for preliminary verification to check whether invitation to apply (ITA) will be provided or not for residency in New Zealand.
This latest draw targeted candidates with 160 points and above, over 1,799 people are going to go through preliminary verification. At present, there are 659 EOIs are in the pool after selection.

A total of 800 EOIs were issued in this draw, where 726 EOIs issued to the candidates under the Job-Offer category: 56 EOIs belong to Offshore applicants and the remaining 670 belong to Onshore applicants. On the other hand, a total of 74 EOIs went to without Job-Offer category, out of which, 1 went to the onshore applicant and the remaining 73 went to offshore applicants.
