Canada marked issuance of 80,000 invitations to apply for Canada PR till this point of time which has crossed the number of issues in 2017. The certain rise in the current express entry invitations is due to November 28 express entry draw which issued 3,900 invitations to apply which has brought total number of invitations near to 2017 express entry issue of 86,023 invitations. IRCC is just some steps away from achieving the last year target of 86,023 invitations.
The minimum CRS score recorded for this draw is 445 which is four points lower than previous November 15 draw. IRCC follows the rule of organizing two Express Entry Draw each month and has issued 3,900 invitations. If this trend perpetuates till December IRCC will reach its target of last year.

This means that all the candidates above CRS score 445 and the candidates who submitted the profile before October 22, 2018 have received the ITA in this draw.
Express Entry candidates can improve their CRS score through number of methods in which provincial nomination plays a major role. If you have secured a provincial nomination you can score 600 additional CRS points.
