Alberta invited 401 Express Entry candidates in its Last two AINP Draws

Alberta issued invitations to 401 express entry candidates through its Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program in its last two draws of October to apply for a provincial nomination for Canada permanent residence.

In its recent AINP draw held on October 24, the province issued invitations to 372 candidates with a profile in the Federal Express Entry System that operates the pool of candidates for the three main economic immigration categories – the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class, and the Canadian Experience Class. Like other Canadian provinces, Alberta has its own provincial nominee program to invite a set number of candidates for Canada permanent residence every year. Every provincial nominee program has sub-stream that select the candidates from the Express Entry pool who have required skills and meet the economic needs.
