Global Talent Stream: Category B
Employers wish to hire international skilled workers for specific occupations under the National Occupation Classification (NOC) come into Category B. These selected occupations are stated in the Global Talent Occupations List, which may get modified periodically depending upon the labour market requirements. The below mentioned list is created by a mutual association of the Canada government, labour market experts and Major stakeholders.

Labour Market Benefits Plan under Global Talent Stream
Employers wishing to recruit international skilled workers via Global Talent Stream must fulfill the requirements of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) in order to achieve the Labour Market Benefits Plan.
According to the plan, the international skilled workers to be hired must bring positive benefits to the labour market of Canada, and their Canadian employers must create jobs and invest skills and training.
They must create jobs for Canadian citizens and permanent residents through direct or indirect ways.
They must invest skills and training programs for Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
