Skilled Indian Job Seekers are Moving to Canada Than to USA as Revealed by a Study

Indian Job Seekers are preferring to work in tech jobs  in Canada over the United States and the statistics of job searches from India have escalated from 6 to 13 per cent between August 2016 and July 2018 as acknowledged by popular jobsite, Indeed. This shift of interest from USA to Canada, causes drop 60 to 50 percent. The employment profiles such as Business Analyst, Software Developer, Data Scientist, Web Developer, Java Developer, Software Engineer and Data Analyst comes under the list of top 10 job searches from India.

This abrupt elevation in the searches is subjected to the Canada’s growing tech scenario and US H-1B Visa Program which was recently revised and tightened by Donald Trump, US president. Also, the graph of searches increased in 41 countries out of 58 countries whereas the number decreased in 17 countries.

Study also displayed hike in USA job searches in 25 countries out of 41 countries in comparison with Canada searches. However the share Canada increases in the remaining 16 countries while US searches slumped.
