Saskatchewan Immigrantion Nominee Program (SINP) is the official Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) under Canadian Immigration for Immigration to Saskatchewan .   • Existing work permit: This sub-category is for individuals who have been working in Saskatchewan for a minimum of six months on a valid work permit.
  • Health Professionals: This sub-category is for individuals who have worked as physicians, nurses or were in any other health professions in the state for at least six months.
  • Hospitality Sector project: This sub-category is for individuals who are currently working in Saskatchewan in the hospitality industry as food and beverage servers, food counter attendants, kitchen helpers or as housekeeping and cleaning staff for at least six months.
  • Long Haul Truck Driver Project: This sub-category is for the people who are currently working for a trucking firm in the state. The drivers should have worked in Saskatchewan for six months with their current employer before applying.
  • Students: This sub-category is for students who are graduates from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada. Among all the requirements the students must have worked in Saskatchewan for at least 24 months before applying or for six months in the institution is located in Saskatchewan.

3. Entrepreneur and Farm Category: This category is for individuals who intend to own and operate a business or a farming operation in the state of Saskatchewan. This is further divided into two sub-categories:

  • The Entrepreneur Sub-Category: This sub-category is for the people who wish to invest in the capital and the management talent in the state of Saskatchewan by establishing, acquiring or partnering in a business in the province. Candidates are expected to participate actively in management roles in the business. This sub-category also functions on an Expression of Interest Model.
  • Farm owners and Operators Sub-category: This sub-category is for experienced farmers with sufficient capital looking for investing in a farming operation and settle in Saskatchewan.
