Anyone who has a Post-Graduation work permit, are currently working in Alberta and have graduated from a recognized post-secondary institution in Alberta qualifies to apply under this category.

Employer-Driven Stream is made for employers who wish to select and nominate skilled workers under Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program for Immigration to Canada. With this the visa applicants have the privilege of obtaining a desired job profile after they achieve a Canadian permanent residency permit and for employers, making it easier to fill the skill gaps. It contains three categories:
Anyone who has been offered a permanent full-time job from any of Alberta’s employer in an eligible skilled occupation qualifies under this category.
Any recent graduate from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada, having a post graduate work permit and who has been offered a permanent and full-time job by any employer in Alberta in an eligible occupation is eligible to apply under this category.
Anyone who has been offered a permanent and full-time job by any employer in Alberta in an eligible semi-skilled occupation, and is a temporary foreign worker qualifies to apply under this category.
